75% Rebate on Sprinkler SafeGuard purchase

SA farmers can claim up to $5,000 back with a 75% rebate on the Sprinkler SafeGuard through the On-Farm Drought Infrastructure Grant to improve drought resilience and improve irrigation effeciency.

Check your eligibility

Check if you meet the criteria for the 75% rebate to upgrade your on-farm drought infrastructure with the Sprinkler SafeGuard.

  1. You are a property owner, share-farmer, or lessee in South Australia.

  2. Your business is registered with the ATO as a Primary Producer and has an ABN that was registered as at 26 November 2024 and is registered for GST.

  3. Your property is located in South Australia.

  4. Your business earns over 50% of its income from primary production.

  5. Purchased eligible infrastructure on or after 26 November 2024.

  6. You have not received funding from another South Australian or Australian Government program in respect of the same activities.

  1. You can receive a rebate of 75% of your costs (up to $5,000 GST exclusive). You must cover at least 25% of the total cost.

  1. Purchase an eligible Ag SafeGuard product.

  2. Submit the grant application online via PIRSA.

  3. Provide supporting documents (tax invoices).

  4. Claim your rebate and get reimbursed up to 75%.

  5. If you need pre-approval before purchasing, you can apply for pre-approval of eligible activities. Once approved, submit proof of payment to receive your rebate from PIRSA.
